I had the worst experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. When I walked in the lady tried to give me an inexperienced person even though I came in with long nails with hand drawn art which means I’m use to a certain type of nail technician. I let her know I just want all white nails and I just want the shape to be on point she tries to give me the lady they hired the day before, I tell her no look at my nails that’s not the quality work that I want I need you to do Them if you claim your experienced. Well after complaining for five minutes she finally decides she’s gonna do them at that point I’m irritated because she’s clearly been talking in her language to somebody else about having to do her damn job. so I tell her take my nails off completely as I’m telling her to take my nails off she puts another nail on that’s curved. Y’all my nails are straight. I let her know that I’m not satisfied and to just take them off. She says she can make them straight. But she has to cut them down because she only uses dip she doesn’t do gel… well i’m asking for gel and I’m waiting for her to do gel so she instead does the dip and at that point it was kinda no turning back. So i let her finish just so nails wouldn’t look bad and yall this the fifth day. Two of my nails have broken PAST THE NAIL BED!!! Yall why would she even attempt to do my nails when she had an attitude and was rushing to leave to go home instead of just taking my nails off I end up having to pay $80 and because I’m a good person and I understand this type of job I still gave her a $20 tip but now I’m pissed off because now my nails are breaking my real nail and now I cannot have nails for the next month. I believe the ladies name is Tammy. I went in on a Wednesday night around 630. I’m still upset and this is ridiculous. You shouldn’t render services if you don’t feel like it and if you know that you cannot do the job that is being asked of you.

He took his time and then gave me a great massage! I highly recommend you go, and ask for Stephen. We had a great time at this nail salon, and my nails always look beautiful.

Vintage nails is my favorite nail salon ever. Not only do they do a fantastic job and have tons of options for colors and different types of polish, but they also create a great atmosphere. The nail techs are all so kind and friendly and I always leave the salon in a better mood than when I arrived. Chewy gives a great massage and never fails to make me laugh. I highly recommend getting all of your nail needs taken care of here! Thanks Chewy!!!! 🤩

I got a Pedicure & everything was Amazing, from the clean up to the massage to the finale of painting my toe nails. I definitely recommend this salon.

This salon gave me fungus on my toe. I received a pedicure on 10/7/23 This was my first pedicure in over a year. On 11/8/23 the polish on my big toe on the left foot came off and underneath is a dark green color. I went up to Vintage Nail Bar on 11/8/23 at 6:25pm. I asked for a manager and was told my a young lady that there was no manager and I would have to come back on Saturday. I said I need to speak with someone because it’s an emergency, the lady directed me to speak with 2 women who were giving a customer a pedicure. I showed them my nail and they said it was fungus and I said I would like to speak with a manager. The manager called one of the lady’s phone and they were speaking in their native language so I do not know what was said but the word fungus was used.

I continued to stand there waiting for someone to address me. One of the women said “it is fungus it could have came from the beach or walking barefoot outside”. I have not been to the beach nor walked barefoot outside. I told them they were the last place I received a pedicure and none of my other nails have this issue. I asked several times what can be done to appease me as a customer and they said to get tea tree oil.

I am beyond disappointed, dissatisfied, and upset at the lack of care, concern, and customer service. I will be going to the Better Business Bureau with this as well. The manager Steven did nothing to rectify this.
