Vintage Salon made an appointment for me for a haircut and highlights when I called. When I called to confirm the day before , the appointment was not set, as the person who took my call failed to record the appointment. After talking to the manager, an appointment was made with another stylist who I told was excellent. I took with me a picture of exactly how I wanted my hair. I was in the salon for almost four hours. In the end, my hair looked terrible with visible chop marks. The color was horrible. The style was horrible and looked nothing like the picture. When I was upset about it, the employees became very rude.
It was absolutely the WORST haircut and color I have ever had.
