Had to leave a review because i just cant get over how amazing and perfect my nails look. Ive gotten my nails done many times in my life but this was my first time going here and my nails have never looked better. The lady that did my nails I believe her name was Katie and i just wanna say she did a really really good job they are absolutely perfect!!!!

I always get the owner Jack and I absolutely adore him!! He makes me laugh, he’s super quick, very efficient, always a pleasure!!! Everyone there is usually pretty good! VERY nice area in Malvern! Love love love Vino!! Whenever I’m in town for work, I ALWAYS come here. Doesn’t matter what part of PA I’m staying in… VINO’s is my only salon!

I walked into this salon and was immediately impressed with the decor and the cleanliness. My nail technician was very nice but this is the worst job I may ever have had done for a gel manicure. Bubbles on every nail, chunks of gel falling off which I’ve never seen before and it’s only been 6 days. I hardly ever leave reviews but I am so sadly disappointed over this $45 manicure (tip included).

The shop is so beautiful!!! Very well kept and Pam is very sweet she does amazing work. I was just telling her I was looking for a new salon & im so happy i found them! Affordable & very welcoming they do amazing work! I’ll be back my new favorite place.

I made a 10am appointment and it soon became clear there was a scheduling mishap when there were two technicians and three customers. They even confirmed my name and 10am appointment. I sat with the acetone on my nails for 35 minutes without being helped, my skin was burning and I removed the foil and gloves and went over to the technician and told her I was leaving, “ok” was her response. I then asked what the point of the appointment was and she said she was “almost done” (meanwhile she had only done one coat of polish on two of the customer’s nails she was helping, which is decidedly not “almost done”)and I have no intention of a manicure taking two hours. I told her I was not going to wait unless she would compensate me for my time, aka give me a gift card or something, she just shrugged and said “sorry,” so I left. I am beyond disappointed with this business, they clearly do not value customer’s time. My nails look horrible. I was a loyal customer prior to this but I really don’t know how they can salvage my experience. See below for how horrendous my nails look..
