The staff are unbelievably rude, especially to foreigners. They consistently harass you and tell you have too much dead skin and make you feel uncomfortable so that you give in and pay for an additional services. This happens every time, regardless of the fact that I’ve told them to please stop. They have made my friends and I feel very uncomfortable. The ladies that do the pedicure are not friendly. They’re often very pushy and rude. Despite the fact that the services that are provided are good the staff are incredibly rude, especially the guy who manages the place. I’ve asked him to make sure that my friend and I can sit next to each other for pedicures. He dismisses and does whatever he wants. He told me that if he didn’t do things his way then I would end up getting frustrated at the end as though he somehow can control my emotions. Overall, customer service is absolute garbage and not relaxing, but incredibly offensive. They are definitely not welcoming.

Despite booking an appointment, they didnt get started until 45 minutes later even though the place was not at full capacity. The nail tech doing the design was incredibly disrespectful. Refused to do the design I showed her because according to her “ugly”, kept iffing around, rolling her eyes, overall extremely rude attitude even though I remained extremely respectful. When we changed the design, she still wouldn’t do it with the colours I have asked, saying the ones she picked are better suited. She would not listen at all and did what she wanted. Same thing happened with a relative of mine when visiting as well. I do not recommend this place at all. While they are good at recreating the designs given when they do listen, encountering this attitude, makes me never want to go back again. Extremely disrespectful, extremely unprofessional.

the costumer service is absolute trash. very rude and unfriendly. i had a lot a of things done there in more than one branch only bec the theyre good bas they always make you feel unwelcome and that they can’t wait to finish and leave. even though they all acted this way, i still tolerated this treatment because the services turned out great except the waxing though; i asked for a full body but she only did my arms to my elbow and my legs to to my knee and when i asked for a back and stomach she was like you don’t need it. the lightening is so dim in the room so she couldn’t even see it, and she didn’t even clean after the wax so i was left sticky. after i finished i got a pedicure and i could so obviously still see a lot of hairs undone (i told her i wanted to do it again, she did and there was still a lot of hairs in the areas that she was waxed) a few weeks later i went in to get my nails done my appointment was at 12, i stayed there for 2 and a half hours after they (barado my nails) they were looking crusty so i couldn’t leave. the receptionist was trying to reach her the whole time and she either said she was paying the uber outside (which was a lie) or she would put her phone on dnd and not even answer. after i left with my disgusting crusty nails i was then told that she never showed up. that was my last straw. do not recommend.

I had the worst experience there ever. My nails were bleeding from the manicure, my nails turned out awful and not what I asked for, and staff was rude. I would not recommend.

I got a fungal infection in my toe nails after getting my nails done here in August 2023. It took me months to finally get rid of it. Do not visit Vine Nails.
