This is the first bad review I’ve ever left IN MY LIFE. I’m not one to complain. But I started getting acrylics done here 6 months ago, and every. Single. Set. I’ve had to go back a week after because of them breaking. Yes, they fix them
For free, but I work over 60 hours a week. It’s so inconvenient to have to go back to have them fixed what should have just been done correctly. Finally I was sick of it and just went to get them removed entirely. The man asked why and I told him I was sick of them breaking. He said “oh sorry”. The next part GETSSSS MEEEE. As someone who went to cosmetology school, I know you’re supposed to soak them off. He proceeded to rip every nail off. And charged me for it. Comical actually. ( photo attached below is how thin they are, which is why they break)

I used to love this place but they will no longer have me as a client. I went in today to get my usual fill in, but she started cutting off all my nails and put a whole new set when that’s not what I asked for. Then as she was doing my nails she cut them all different lengths, shaped them weird, I asked for almond and to me they look more Stiletto, all the nails on my right hand are slanted, didn’t go all the way down so they look grown out and she left pieces of acrylic under my nails. At first I was just going to leave and not go back, but then my friend saw them and told me to go back. So I went back and asked to talk to them manger, and he didn’t even get up to talk to me. I just told him what was wrong and said I just wanted my money back and not to worry about fixing them because I didn’t feel comfortable. He told me to sit down in the front and started laughing at me with two others who worked there and left me waiting for 10 minutes. Finally someone came up to me and asked me what was wrong and I told him but he went and sat back down next to the manger, and left me waiting another 5 minutes. Finally he got up and got me my money back, at first he didn’t bring me the full amount and I told him that I wanted it all back. So he walked back to the register and just turned around and brought me the same amount, I didn’t even get all my money back, at that point I just took what he gave me and walked out. I am truly angry by this, and I will never be returning. I have also decided to report them for not giving me all my money back! Do not go here!!

Village Nail Spa is so great! Bee is the best! I have to go see her every two weeks! She is kind, creative, patient, talented, and always makes time for me and my daughters! She is amazing I will continue to go see her!

I love this place! I always see Tom, and he is incredible. He’s the best person to ever do my nails. He seems to genuinely care about perfection, and that means a lot to me. I have seen a few other people there, and they are all good. No complaints!

Thank you, Jay, for the design. You did a wonderful job! As for everyone else who works there, very kind and professional people! If ever in the area again bet I’ll be back ! It’s hard to find good nail salons on the road. This is getting marked as a favorite!
