I like the aesthetic of the salon and the young girls working on the weekends are very kind. However, the quality of my manicures have not been the best. The prices are also very high and I think they overcharge. Most recently, I got dip powder and the nail tech rushed and left stains all on my hands and cuticles. She also did not drill the inside of the nails that had thick dried polish and glue. I had to go back to her and ask for things to be fixed but even after that it was not fixed. I will not be getting a manicure here again. The pedicure was decent. The lady doing mine was very rude though and scrunched her face whenever I asked questions.

This place has been around a long time. It is very hit or miss, but after this last time I am not sure I would go back.

I walked in asked for a gel fill in, picked my color and was taken to a chair.

The tech didn’t talk to me and just started working on my nails. She puts a bag of lotion on my hand, and I say politely that I am just getting a fill in. She rips the bag off my hand then starts saying a whole bunch of things to the lady next to her in a different accent.

Now my nails are all different shapes and the color which is supposed to be a bluish/purple is turning brown 1 day later!

Gave this place another try due to the convenient location and won’t be returning unfortunately. In terms of quality, I’ll let the picture speak for itself. As for the service, I asked for one nail to be redipped because the side was missing polish, she said she would file it off which left an odd mail shape. Her behavior after that seemed annoyed, her hand gestures were aggressive and what was a quiet nail appt turned into her speaking amongst her colleagues in her language and laughing.

I always come here and try not to file a complaint but when I do I expect excellent service!
The nail tech cut me with a tool and when I told her boss and he confronted her she tried to justify her behavior by blaming the nail .. like just apologize that’s all I’m asking…
The owner did give me a discount and he nice about it .
Also she didn’t use gloves in the beginning of the service which I thought was unsanitary..
I just want an apology. I don’t understand the entitlement and the inexcusable behavior.

Be careful that the nail techs write down the correct amount. When I started verifying what they were charging me, I realized that they consistently added money to the bill. For example, they charged me to remove dip even though I had none on my nails. They charge you for services you didn’t do. They think to add just a few dollars here and there and that you won’t notice. So, double check your pricing! They have a menu of pricing at the entrance desk.
