Went to the salon with my family on Friday for a girls days, where I was given a pedicure by Tomy. It was fine at first but when he started using the cuticle cutter it started to feel very uncomfortable and then painful. When he finished, I realized that both my big toes were bleeding from Tomy digging the cutter into my skin. In addition, the gel polish on my toes was bubbled and came off and wasn’t fully dried. This is the result of him rushing and the gel being poorly applied.

After my nails, I had my eyebrows waxed. It was done by Thao who was very nice but was in a rush. She hastily waxed my eyebrows and accidently waxed, burned, and pulled skin off my eyelid on one eye and the other was bleeding slightly. My eye lids look as it they both have rug burn on them and are very swollen and sore.

I will have to say I was very disappointed with how we were served that day. Sad to say I will not be returning to this nail salon in the future. My family spent close to $300, for this amount of money, I expected much better service.

They’re open later than other salons on a Sunday, so, I was able to walk in and get a quick acrylic overlay manicure that was perfect right before I left for a work conference.

Service was so kind, funny, and friendly. One week in, and my manicure is holding up perfectly. I can easily go a month with this look.

I will always make the drive to come to my favorite place. Ever since I met Kimmy, I always have such a good time, she’s so sweet. She is always making me laugh and always does an amazing job. She makes sure you leave happy and is very quick, especially for how much of a great job she does. I always feel like a princess coming here, they’re so sweet and I always feel taken care of 🩷
