I have been going to Tram for 3 years and I absolutely love her!!! She always does such an AMAZING job!!! She is so sweet, personable and talented!!! I always let her freestyle my nails and they always turn out better than I expect!!! The interior is also very clean and fancy!!! Definitely recommend Tram and this place!!!

UPDATE:
I came in tonight at 5:40, called before I came because I knew they closed at 6. The man who answered the phone told me he’d check with the techs to see if anyone was willing to stay late and came back on the phone and said they’d be able to get me in. I sat with Tram and she was so dang sweet. She spent quality time talking to me and put her all into my nails even though she was there late (see pictures). Customer service is above and beyond and I appreciate you guys so much! Thank you!

I’ve been here twice. The first time I went was for the reviews! My nails have lasted 3+ weeks each time and they always look phenomenal. Customer service is great and their prices are very competitive. Love this place!

Oh my gosh! Customer service here is absolutely amazing and everyone is so friendly. I couldn’t be happier with my nails! Tram is an amazing nail artist, I would reccomend her for any design! I will 100% be back. The pedicure service was also amazing. Would definitely reccomend coming here!

Update on my second visit. Terrible experience. I booked with Tram but I showed up and they told me she wasn’t there that day and they don’t know why they told me she was. They put me with someone else who was going a terrible job. A worker sitting next to her had to tell her to fix it after I asked several times and she wouldn’t. Less than a week after getting them done they are all chipped and peeling from my real nail. I sent them a message online a few days ago about this and no one has reached out. Very disappointing when I paid decent money and drove all the way there for terrible nails and service. I won’t see anyone else except Tram again.

PHENOMENAL! I couldn’t be happier with how my nails turned out! Tram did an incredible job. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful. The facility was very clean and this is the first salon that my nails haven’t burned or hurt when they removed my old nails. I highly recommend!
