I’ve been steadily and constantly ONLY come here for my nails, my nail technician his name is “Franklin” not ONLY does he do nails he ALSO manages and runs the salon and does an amazing job. Doesn’t matter what time of the day or whenever he can fit you in he takes his time and does them how I want them. ALSO this nail salon don’t add on unnecessary charges to charge you more for your nails. He’s ALSO up front and honest with you ABOUT his opinion and it looking good, but he ALWAYS says we can try it to see what it looks like and we can change it otherwise. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I’ve been coming to this place for roughly a year or so, they always do a great job and do it in a timely manner. My only complaint is that multiple times I’ve had my fingers bleed or be injured from the tools that they use to takeoff and shaped the nails, and once got a toe infection from them digging out too much of my ingrown toe nail. I didn’t want to post about them in case it was a once or twice time problem. Now it’s been enough times that I feel the need to share for those of you who have had similar experiences. Victoria Nails has absolutely great service, prices, and have very kind staff, I just wish they would be more gentle with their customers. The picture is my most recent set and you can see the scabs around my fingers from where they were injured during the process. Honestly, hope that they can just be more gentle with clients! Otherwise a fantastic place and will continue to get my nails done here.

I have been coming to Victoria Nails for over 2 years now and they never disappoint (shoutout to Franklin)! I’ve grown out my natural nails for a while now, but I let them grow too long between appointments this time. Tragically, my nail broke off very short. I decided to take it as an opportunity to cut them all down and start fresh. When I showed up for my appointment, Mindy was very gentle with that finger and did not use acetone to remove the dip powder. Franklin finished up the rest of my appointment and put a tip on that nail to make it the same length as the others. I am so impressed with the results, because you cannot even see a difference and now I have a bit of nail to protect the hurt part.

me & my friend went here on thursday , we got here a little before 7 . we were immediately seated but weren’t treated until about 15-20 minutes after entry (mind you they close @7:30) , but there were other people being treated at the time . so we finally have 2 people to start out pedicure & they are very irritable & rushing . they were being kind of aggressive w our feet , instead of asking us to move it they’d take it upon themselves to grab & pull . you can’t quite see in the photos but the women who did mine was rushing so the coat wasn’t even & looks lumpy . these pictures were after we left . my friends also cracked but she was satisfied w her outcome , i on the other hand wasn’t . i usually go to allure nails but they were close & i saw this 4 star rated on google , but i definitely won’t be back – first & last time

Called ahead to see if Victoria Nails had any open appointments, which they were able to accommodate two gel manicures within a half an hour. The staff greeted us warmly, helped with our requests, and had us at the nail stations in no time. My Nail Tech was incredible! It was like watching a Youtube video, his movements were so smooth, he had such skillful hands, and his attention to detail was extremely appreciated! I will definitely be back.
