Catt did a great job. I give 4 stars because I only got white tip acrylics no design or anything fancy it was super pricey, $80 for one simple set. Cute spot downtown. Thank you, Cat . Posting pictures of my nails in the review 🙂

I was a bit confused when I first walked in, I felt out of place, but I was quickly comforted when my nail specialist, Marlaina greeted me. She was incredibly friendly and welcoming spoke to me as if we’d been friends for years. She took her time and ensured each fingernail was exactly perfect and I loved everything before she sent me on my way. I’ll absolutely return. The prices were more than reasonable and the color options are endless!
Note: parking can be a little tough, so arrive early to find a spot.

Vibes has been my go to nail salon for the past two years and I can honestly say I can’t imagine going anywhere else! Jenn has always provided me with the best nails I could ever ask for and has also become a dear friend. I look forward to every appointment and know that not only will I love my results but that this female owned & driven business is the best in the Tri Cities. Vibes is welcoming to everyone and provides high quality services. I had an appointment at 1:15 and didn’t get sat till over an hour later. Catt got started around 2:30-2:40. I was already upset about having to wait over an hour when I had a set appointment at 1:15. Catt was nice and had been behind for the day. I was understanding because life happens. She ended up nipping me 3 different times, and bleeding. She put some antiseptics on my nails, but again it was already cut and still hurt. I didn’t want to make her feel bad about cutting me, so I didn’t say anything. She still charged me full price of $70 after making me wait over an hour to get sat down and cutting me 3 different times. I paid and left $5 tip because again I didn’t want to hurt her feelings and didn’t know what to say. Nails ended up exactly what I wanted, but the waiting and getting cut is what did it for me. My sister had booked her for around 3 and she also was sitting over an hour because Catt was still working on me. She had also mentioned to my sister that before she started on her nails that she needed to go outside to take a vape break. Very unprofessional for that part. Disappointed with me having to pay full price.
