I visited the salon for the first time this past weekend and had a really nice experience. The workers were very hospitable and made sure clients were comfortable. Lyn was my nail tech during this visit, and I could not have been paired with a better tech. She was very professional and focused, yet still personable and kind. She had no problem executing the nail design I wanted and did so in a timely manner. I will be returning in the future!

Requested a clear acrylic overlay on my natural nails with a blue ombré and a short coffin (like) shape with no trim down. Was told they could not do clear for ombré and would use a nude pink instead.
This is what I ended up with… this is after asking them to try to blend down the excessive thickness near the cuticles a bit, still too thick and not blended in my opinion.
Also used the file under the nails to completely remove my natural nails (point of an overlay is to strengthen and protect the natural nail)
Not to mention 4 out of 10 fingers have open cuts on or near the cuticles. No antiseptic applied.

Charged full price for full set plus additional for ombré. If I knew my natural nails would be ruined (gone) I would have just gotten the tips I was charged for to allow for an extension/longer shape.

Pedicures were okay, our skin was dryer leaving than when we arrived and feet were still rough on the bottom. Paint jobs and toenail shaping was good, polish chipping after the first day.

I considered going back to at least make my nails somewhat presentable but my cuticles hurt and I honestly am not sure if they could fix these so I will just cover with polish at home and go somewhere else to get them removed and start over when my cuticles heal.

First experience with them, will not return.
Unfortunate, because most of the staff seemed very nice…
Judging by the photos on here there must be some talented nail techs there but unfortunately, that is not showing on my set.

Great customer service and John did an amazing job on my gel manicure! I will be back and love the aesthetic of vibe because it is a complete one! They also offer complimentary drinks which so nice and gives a more relaxing feel! 10/10 experience!

The place is always an absolute VIBE when I visit! The staff is always friendly and personable. Upon arrival they greet you and make you feel welcome to their establishment. Quyen does my nails and she really knows how to lay acrylic. My nails always look neat and clean and she takes her time with her work. If I can give this place more than 5 stars I would.

What stood out to me was how personable they were. Easy to talk to and good general conversation. They offered wine and fast seating. Nice ambiance. They took us even though we came in late. We tipped well, they gave us lotion. That wine must’ve had a shot of vodka in it cause it hit. My one complaint is I’m 6’2 which is not the tallest and I felt the seat didn’t slide back far enough. They had TV playing which was cool and I’d recommend. Feet feel good and they did great work.
