Love the service Tim and his wife gives always superb! However this past Saturday when I went for service Alex and David dismissed me because they said they were closing the shop an hour early 😔 more over I’m always very satisfied with the service

Let me start by saying, I’ve been coming to this salon since I relocated to Charlotte so that would be 3-4 years. As of today this will be my LAST time ever coming back. I usually always go to Ms. Mary for pedicures (so sweet and nice) and Tim or his wish Mia for my nails. Tim and Mia are away which is fine but today I walked in and wanted to get a full in. Ms. Mary son who did a horrible job on my nails once before was working and another tall bald headed guy. While waiting for Ms. Mary to do my pedicure, her son suggested I get my fill-in and told me to sit at the first chair, I did so, the tall bald head guy came from the back and said I can’t do your nails the black girl can (who is new, never went to her and she wasn’t there) I said excuse me. No one is here but you to. He said “you can wait because I can’t do your nails” He and Ms. Mary son ignored me so I’m sitting confused and asking for 10 minutes trying to figure out what’s going on. They refuse to communicate with me which is weird because I’ve been a loyal customer for years here. Safe to say I won’t be returning. Very disrespectful and unwilling to help. Had to find a new nail salon.

Went with my little girls last week. The bald guy refused to let them have rhinestones because I refused the gel polish. I’m aware the rhinestones stay better still gel, but if I’m willing to pay, put on the rhinestones. They got regular polish that didn’t even last 24 hours
The pedicure I got was decent, but I’ll never spend my money there again.
