I had a lovely experience at Vertex. I got a gel pedicure. My stylist was very kind, professional, and did a great job for me. It was relaxing and I am really happy with the outcome : )

I went in to get a full set. I told the tech that I wanted Chrome pink. She help me pick a color. While she was preparing my nails she ripped my nails off so hard that my right thumb got ripped off the skin and started bleeding. She keeped cutting while buffing my nails. She than used the tools to clean underneath my nails poked and broke my skin, that nail started to bleed. finally she painted my nails but was told that they ran out of the pink Chrome I wanted. She told me she was done and wanted $80 for the service. I was shocked. I told her she didn’t give me what I wanted. she said she would get me a $5 discount. I didn’t care how much it was. I wanted my nails done right. I paid $75 for nail service that I don’t like and didn’t want. Tee Tee was the name on her tag. I have never had this experience with this place. Usually I speak highly of it. After today I will go elsewhere and never recommend it to my friends and family.

i got my nails done here a day ago. i have NEVER left a nail salon with my fingers hurting SO bad. the lady kept cutting/buffing all of the skin on my fingers off. i kept giving hints as pulling my hand back a bit when it hurt (i know i should’ve said something but i was nervous) and she still didn’t get the hint. she cut my finger under my nail from the nail file and kept filing ON the cut. this went the whole time and i still got no apology. the first 2 pictures are my nails today (a day later) and the one in my car is RIGHT after i got done. my cuticles are bright red and swollen, and btw the red on my pinky is not paint.
my nails look pretty, however the pain was not worth it.

Hands down the best manicure I have ever had. Lynn was amazing and corrected what a nail tech from a different salon had done wrong. She was patient with teaching me what I needed to ask for and how to make sure I’m getting what I need from my nail techs. I don’t live close but would be back in a heartbeat.
