I’ve been a customer for 7years, and have had multiple services at Verbena Salon & Spa. It’s a beautiful place with positive people and excellent service. I leave relaxed, uplifted and feeling beautiful, every time I visit. The massages are on point! She asked good questions and quickly identified my tight spots to apply appropriate pressure. I have received many compliments on my highlights and hair. My daughter and I had fairy hair weaved in for her birthday and it was such a great girls day. Best Salon in Frederick!

I’ve had good experiences at this spa in the past but unfortunately after today I will not return. My appointment was cancelled due to illness, which I completely understand happens. Sadly the way this was handled was completely unprofessional. Very rude staff and poor communication for something that could have been an easy fix. I was also made to feel like I was not worth helping since I’m not a “regular” (I had only been in twice before).

I was there for the very first time and I must say I love it. After 3 months of quarantine I needed a Brazilian wax. Miriam V. Was an amazing esthetician. She was sweet, gentle and did great conversation! If anyone is there for you to go to. It would be her! This location is so big and beautiful. Best of all it’s very clean!
