This was a first…
Part 1) got a gel pedicure on a Thursday and by Saturday all five toes on one foot had started to peel off then proceeded to come off one by one until there was no paint left at all on that foot. When I went back in to have it fixed (mind you there were no other customers in the salon besides me) the 2 employees that came to talk with me about what needed to be done acted annoyed that I (their only customer) was even there. The male employee that was talking with me was insistent on knowing which tech had done my original pedicure, then stated that she wasn’t there until the next day so I’d have to pay to have one of them fix my toes today, or come back the next day to have the original nail tech fix my toes. He would not back off of me needing to pay and since I didn’t want to drive back in (a 30min round trip from my house) I just decided to pay and have it fixed. So upon the tech “fixing” my toenails she argued with me about the paint color options that were available (my original color was D&D brand and she only showed me their OPI colors) I finally decided it wasn’t a battle I would win so I picked the closest OPI color to my original color and you can definitely tell they are different colors… She acted annoyed and rushed through the whole time (repeating to me, “I didn’t do this, but I’ll fix it”…like I should be thanking her??), no one ever apologized that I had to come back in (and waste another day at their salon) or that this had happened at all; while having the audacity to charge me again….
Part 2) Also got a manicure and it chipped on my thumb (literally the same day) to which I had to go in, not once, but twice to have it “fixed” and I don’t think it’s even fixed after the second time.

So yeah, go to this salon if you want to waste your time returning multiple days for them to “fix” their own mistakes then charge you for it (:

I struggle with other salons not wanting to give me shorter nails and Sofia was patient with me. She made sure I still liked them after every step and she paid attention to the small details. I’ve never seen a nail tech use the technique she did and I love my nails because of it. Go see her!

I almost left 1 star but I’m leaving 2 because they were all super nice. But once I left, I did a closer look at my nails and I’m really disappointed. Maybe I’m just used to perfection but these are awful 🙁

Lauren does a wonderful job and is professional and gracious. She works best with appointments but has been available when I popped in on occasion. Celeste can always find an employee to handle your manicures and pedicures or a quick re- paint or broken mail fox. The facility is easily accessible and they have good working operation hours.

BEST pedicure spot I have been to and will now be MY pedicure place. 60 min Volcano Spa Pedicure … 65.00 and WELL WORTH IT. Hot towels, and stones. Paraffin foot wax. And the massage plus the chairs = ultimate relaxation. They offer several services including party specials. Check em out! Pretty sure you wont be disappointed.
