3 days in and my nail fell off. First day i got them done all the charms came off and gel is already peeling. Dont come here expecting good quality nails.

Extremely Disappointed with Disrespectful Service at Venus Nail Spa!

I recently visited Venus Nail Spa for a manicure & pedicure, and I am extremely disappointed with the disrespectful service I received, particularly from a staff member. I feel compelled to share my experience to ensure that others are aware of the unprofessional behavior exhibited at this establishment.

From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere seemed pleasant and inviting. However, my experience quickly took a turn for the worst when they switched the original lady for a gentleman .His dismissive attitude and rude tone made me feel disrespected and unwelcome.

I believe it is important to address such behavior to ensure that other customers do not have to endure a similar experience. I strongly urge Venus Nail Spa to take appropriate action to address the disrespectful conduct exhibited by the gentleman and provide necessary training to their staff on proper customer service.

In order to improve their customer service, I suggest that Venus Nail Spa implements the following measures:

1. Conduct regular training sessions for all staff members to emphasize the importance of treating customers with respect and professionalism.

2. Implement a feedback system where customers can provide anonymous feedback about their experiences, allowing the salon management to identify and address any issues promptly.

3. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages open communication, respect for diversity, and a customer-centric approach.

Despite the disrespectful service I received from the gentleman. The salon’s facilities and ambiance were pleasing.

In conclusion, my experience at Venus Nail Spa was marred by the disrespectful service I received. I hope that by sharing my feedback, the salon management takes immediate action to address this issue and ensures that all customers are treated with the utmost respect and professionalism.

I was looking for a new nail tech and I came across the Venus nails and I decided to go over the reviews. I seen that Johnny was mentioned quite a few times I’m not gonna lie I went and got my nails done and he did an awesome job but the more and more I was going to him. He seemed like he was getting to be very rude and had a nasty attitude. One particular time I went one of the employees was trying to help me put on my sock on and he told him not to help me for whatever reason I don’t want to give up on them yet because it is quick service and you can also set appointments so now I’m asking who is better Sophia or Michelle

I had previously gone to this salon and loved how my nails turned out. Went to get my nails done for my birthday and this time was not the best. I showed a picture of how I wanted my nails and got something completely different. I choose a color that had no sparkle and she used one with sparkle and then she left my nails all different lengths. Last picture is what I asked for. I’m not one to complain at a business just will never come back and want to let people know about my experience.

I got my nails done on Christmas Eve. “GEL” polish is already chipping, nails are rising up, and lifting/cracking on the sides. I went back today to show them and owner was very nonchalant and rude. I was very respectful and told him this shouldn’t be happening less than a week. I really would advise you not to go to this salon. Poor customer service, Gets very comfortable real quick. Do not waste your money, nor time.
