So Tuesday i decided to go and treat myself to get my nails done, first time she did them they didn’t look like what i wanted on the picture i showed her, that she said she could do. i wanted marble, and the first time she put blue and pink and yellow straight lines on the nails and called it marble. so i asked her for a refund cause they were definitely not 70$ worth, and instead she tries to do them the correct way, without trying to refund me. it’s now Thursday and my thumb had a big air bubble in it and popped with uncured polish underneath. the rest of the fingers are also starting to chip as well, along with uneven and slanted nails that was shaped in a hurry i feel like. at this point i would really just like my money back…

Venus nails is a great place to get your nails done and I plan on returning in the future! The Staff here were very friendly and accommodating, my nails look fabulous, and it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg! I’m 2 weeks in with my full set and I don’t have any chipping or lifting, my nails are still looking fabulous!

I had three ingrown toenails on three different toes, and they didn’t ask if I wanted them removed or not, they just ripped them out. There was blood everywhere, and I have been in awful, excruciating pain since I left last night. They did a good job on my finger nails, but they took two hours to do a pedicure and a nail fill! They are lucky I am not suing.

Venus nails: I don’t know how to describe how amazing this business is!! They have completely transformed my nails from the damage of a total wreck of long-term healthcare work. Venus Nails have the best customer service I have ever experienced. They are artists, and such sweet people. They always produce quality work. On the rare occasion that I have a problem (usually MY fault), this team makes it even better.
