I had an appointment for a one hour service ( per website) with first available tech. I asked to add a pedicure (30 minutes) when I arrived. I had pedicure first.
Was there for 2 hours 40 minutes. I was first told at register $118 then was charged $123.
I had a $55 pink and white acrylic $33 pedicure with $15 gel polish. She asked if I wanted her to touch up my cuticles….. by my math, she charged me for a while manicure $20 to touch up my cuticles. Not right.
Nails look good, but very deceptive pricing.

I would have to say this was the best manicure and pedicure I had in Knoxville. The place was clean,, massage chair was comfortable. They also provide refreshment. Venus pedicure was amazing. They were running behind the schedule but nothing was rushed and took their time to make sure to provide the best service. My girl Vy was very pleasant and her skill was ggggreat. I liked it so much I added manicure service right on the spot. I would definitely return again and would try their other services.

We came in at 4:30 and we were worried they would rush since they were closing soon… the man that did my nails was FANTASTIC and super nice. The lady that did my pedicure was super professional and didn’t hurt me at all (which is new for me). She did great with removing my calluses, and made my legs SUPER soft. They both took their time and were super meticulous which I really appreciated. The man went over my cuticles several times to do touch ups and he removed all my hangnails (I always have some on each finger). They spent 2 hours taking care of my nails and this is my new favorite go-to nail place! Highly recommend!

Got my nails done on a Saturday. By Sunday 2 had broke! I’ve never had this happen at any other salon I’ve been to. I’m highly mad 60$ plus a 15$ tip…. 3 days later another broke. I was not rough on them by any means! I’ll be stopping by on my way out of town in the morning and I will be requesting a refund! I do not want them to touch my nails again. I’m very very upset. Didn’t even want to give 1 star at all!…. sorry after posting this I was just putting up laundry! Another broke…
