I overly expressed I’m a single mom and wanted my nails done right because it’s not often I don’t have my child.
Benny did my nails and less than 24 hours later they were all lifting! I called and expressed the issue and they told me to come back up there and I can get them redone. I expressed I have my child and I can’t sit for a full set which is why I came yesterday 02/04.
I came back up to Venus just to receive a refund at the point because I’ve NEVER gotten a full set and it lifted so fast! Hell I could’ve done better work on myself but as a women being pampered goes a long way especially if you’re a mom.
Everyone time is valuable and I wish mine was treated as such! I’m very DISAPPOINTED that the only day I had to treat myself turned out like this. Let alone they also let me know if they are providing a refund they will need to soak off my nails I said okay no problem. Of course I have my child and she didn’t want to sit for it.
PLEASE VIEW THESE PHOTO AS TO HOW I WAS LEFT! My nails we clean and clear when I came in this is how I left out after getting my refund! 0/10 keep in mind this is literally 24hrs after I got my nails done.
