I’ve been going to this nail shop for almost 3 years! I’ve had so many horror stories from other shops but, since I found this place I haven’t had any complaints. I mainly book appointments with Jasmine, not once has she turned down a design I’ve showed her 🙂 she’s very dependable and always on time for our appointments. Her sets last more than 3-4 weeks no lifting. One thing for sure she HAS A LOYAL CLIENT. The entire staff is amazing, you’ll never leave unsatisfied.

I have been coming here for about a year now and Jasmine has been my #1!! She keeps me on point every time!! She can freestyle or copy what you have in mind. The atmosphere is friendly and calming love this nail salon… 😘

I love Venus nail salon. They have wonderful customer service & my nail tech Christine always does such an awesome job. All the nail & feet techs are amazing. I highly recommend this nail shop❤️

My regular nail tech wasn’t in today for my scheduled appointment, my first mind said leave yet I stayed. Here comes Cody, he was really rough with the drill, so rough that he broke one of my natural nails. Bye Cody, here comes Kelly, she was very gentle with the drill yet did not dip my nails with the clear dip coat she claimed it didn’t need it…what? My nails are very thin and are NOT uniform. One hand looks way different than the other, (shaping) She didn’t apply any oil to my cuticles. At this point I’m so ready to go. I get to the register to pay and the screen said $50.00….what, and why is it $50.00, because of your length and shape, what? I have been a regular here with Helen for 11 months and I have never paid more than $40.00 and my nails have been much longer than they are now. Your tech broke one my nails, where is my discount and or compensation for that, I said. Then you want to over charge me because you feel like it. The ticket I filled out said $40.00. I don’t have time to argue. Terrible customer service. When the service is going to be more than the customer initially expects that is something you convey to the customer before services are given not after, allowing the customer to decide to proceed with the service or not. I am very disappointed and will NOT be returning to this nail salon. Learn to treat people with respect.

I have been going to this nail shop for about 3 months now and I absolutely love Jasmine. I show her a picture and she NEVER disappoints me. She does them exactly how it looks in the picture. I like how I can schedule an appointment and she is always ready for me on time… that’s a plus in my book. I have referred my customers to this place and to Jasmine. One thing for certain she definitely has me as a LOYAL CUSTOMER‼️ Picture below are my nails and Jasmine did for Christmas and my set I just got last week!
