I was hoping good results after getting pedicure with Karla because she have done a good job. This was a huge disappointment however.
Yani, that’s what she told me her name was, overfiled my nails to their bed even though I reminded her about the pain and the burning sensation during the filling. Anyway, the first nail was broken the same day and then every day a new one. Now it’s been 10 days and almost all my nails are broken.

At first i was excited to try this place out but after coming like five times i am writing this review because i will no longer be going to that place. I was getting my toes done one time and the lady was filing my toe so aggressively and she ended up filing my skin off and I was bleeding but she still continued to do my toes. Another time she ended up filing my gel pedicure off and I noticed I had fungus on my right big toe and the lady that was doing my toes just said that I “hit my foot on something” and that it would be fine, my mom asked another lady and she said the same thing to make it seem like it wasn’t fungus. Bruises are blue/purple, not green. I also notice that they reuse materials that are single use and they don’t properly disinfect their materials. AND they do not even have a license to be running that place. Their name doesn’t come up on the NJ Division of Consumer Affairs so that clearly shows. So I will no longer be going to that place.

Don’t understand the bad reviews , Olandra was amazing. I will definitely go back! They were all very sweet and very attentive. They offered me coffee , felt pampered. I don’t know how the work of the other technicians are but Olandra I will def recommend. I mean to the point that I don’t ever like making conversation but she was different. I’m sure the other ladies do great job as well.
