I visited here with a gift card. Amy did a great job on my pedicure! She took her time and I felt like I could relax! I enjoyed the quiet environment unlike other places that loud with screens all over and bright lights. It was peaceful here! The massage chair felt great too! Highly recommend!

This use to be my favorite spot , I did go late in the day so, I’m gonna try and be gentle. At least half of the staff including the girl that helped me spoke literally NO ENGLISH, The shop was very dirty, The water was warm at best even when I ask to make hotter, the signature service that I normally get was absolutely awful. Normally I feel really relaxed when I leave there, I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Sadly that was probably my last time going. I can’t get pass how dirty it was. Smh

I went into the Buda Venice nails today, and didn’t get to see my regular lady I ask for who is Dee, she happens to be on vacation. So today I actually experienced the BEST pedicure EVER today. Kimchi was brilliant, she was spot on, noticing my ingrown nails and sorted them, also the best foot massage I’ve ever experienced. I came out feeling so relaxed and happy. Two of my favorite ladies Now. 😜 I love to stay and support local. This place has always been very consistent and the owner is always respectful.

I’ve been to Venice nails a couple times now and they had always done a great job and were very friendly. I was going regularly every 2 weeks. The last time I went however the nail technician was very rough, quick, and rude. I left with multiple cuts that day. 5 days later, I started noticing that the DIP was cracking from the very top layer going inwards. I was going to take it in when the initial cracks started, but figured it would be fine and that I’d be seeing them in a little over a week anyway for a new set. The cracks got bigger and deeper and happened on more nails. Eventually it split my natural nail underneath (super painful). I made an appointment to get everything removed because I was concerned, and the owner AND same nail technician didn’t show any sign of remorse, didn’t apologize, and kept saying it was my fault and that I must’ve hit the nails on something which I know I didn’t. Like I said, I get my nails done pretty regularly, and I’m a dentist so I use my hands and work with tools quite often, and this has never happened to me before. Like the pictures show, the cracks were starting on the outer surface of the DIP. But they wouldn’t hear my side and refused to reimburse me any amount or even consider any sort of credit. You’ve lost a regular customer. I work in the service industry too and I know mistakes happen. But what defines a good business is what the place does when there is a mistake and how they handle it.

I feel so pampered ❤, I absolutely loved the music, what an aviance, this is exactly what I have been searching for. I brought my mother who is 88 years old and Eric cared for her and escorted her to his station! I personally had Marly she was incredible and my nails are perfection 😍 My nails look so natural, I love them and I will be back ❤
