Pearl is my preferred technician. Her attention to detail and quality is excellent. I know Lily is really good too. I have had a couple bad manicures here from one of the gentlemen. Overall, everyone gives an excellent pedicure. If you want dip nails though, which has become my most preferred nail, ask the person at the front desk who does a good job and make sure you wait for them or make an appointment with one of them. I’ve tried out several other nail salons in the area and I keep coming back here. I don’t experience damage to my cuticles here. (Except for the one experience with one of the gentleman technicians who I haven’t seen in a while, so I don’t know if he’s still there.)

Nails here are Amazing and if there is a better word than gorgeous than that is it!!! Will be como back again

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!
I have been coming there for a very long time. T and Sarah do an excellent job as I am very picky and an ex nail tech myself. I called on Friday and spoke to Kim (owner) to schedule a rebase and the first opening was Monday at 1:30 with Sarah, so I took it. My nails were too long and I was going to be watching my very young grandkids on Tuesday so I needed them cut shorter. I showed up at 1:30 promptly and Kim asked me to sign in as usual. By 2:30 I was still sitting there waiting to get my nails done with no explanation from Kim as to why I was sitting there for an hour. When I approached her and told her that I had to leave due to another appointment she gave me every excuse in the book (flipped through the scheduling book and told me I was scheduled for Thursday, then told me that I wasn’t scheduled, etc) but never an apology for screwing up my appointment. She finally told me I could come back at 5:30 and so I did. After my nails were completed I asked for a discount due to my inconvenience and Kim’s exact answer was a flat “NO”. For a client that comes in regularly and sometimes with other family members, not to be given any apology or offered any kind of a small discount shows me the kind of business that they run. Kim does not care about the people that frequent her business nor does she care about her technicians who lose clients because she can’t schedule an appointment appropriately. I will definitely be missing my technicians but I will not be going back to this business ever again!!! Nor will I ever recommend this company to ANYONE Ever again!!!

Very poor job 3 times in a row.
My girlfriend has went there 3 times this week and has been very disappointed every time. First two times the paint peeled within a few days. Today she comes home with air bubbles galor on the nails. Not to mention they tried to make her pay for the nails that you will see below. Very sad and disappointed with this “business”. I’m sure they are doing there best and do good jobs at times but this was not one of those times. I would like an apology from Venetian nails and a refund for the poor excuse of a job they have done this week.

Went in to get a gel manicure and pedicure. The woman doing my pedicure and the woman next to her were obviously talking about me and when I looked at them, they were staring at me and both immediately smiled and stopped talking and looked away. Whatever, nothing new, most nail techs do that. Then, my tech was entirely too rough with the callus removal to the point I have open cuts on both feet now. She was also really rude when doing my manicure, she kept yanking my wrists really aggressively if I didn’t have my hands positioned the way she wanted them. Finally, I went to pay and the price was $120????? For a gel manicure and pedicure??? That should’ve been $85 at the most. And to add insult to injury, my GEL manicure started chipping off after one day. Definitely won’t be returning, I wouldn’t have even gone in the first place had my regular place had openings that day. In hindsight, I should’ve just waited. 0/10, won’t be returning. Save your hard earned money!!!
