Guys, you have to check out Tessa! She hooked me up with a beautiful next-gen nail set – they are seriously perfect. Her talent is unreal, and she’s so sweet. Plus, the place is super clean, cozy, and welcoming. This is my new spot!

the lady who i had rushed through the whole thing, which i thought was nice at first because she was quick but once i got finished, the nails looked terrible. the color i picked out looked pink and i ended with beige, some nails are crooked, or longer than the others, or not coffin shaped (like i asked
for). overall very upset as nails are not cheap and i look forward to having them done every time.

Stopped in on a whim. Interior was gorgeous. Was very pleasantly surprised by the reasonable prices. Was able to be seen right away for a pedicure & was exceptionally pleased with my nail tech Michelle & the person at the front counter who recommended her. Will definitely be back the next time I visit Boca.

This was the WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had at a nail salon. A day where my friend and I met to take our daughters to get pedicures and they were so rude. They got annoyed when we didn’t want to upgrade our $32 pedicures and not only rushed but barely gave any massage. They cut my daughter’s toe and put rubbing alcohol on it. To top it off, my nails look like a toddler did them.

Don’t waste your time making an appointment here! If you stick to a classic pedicure($32), you will be talked about and the staff will just rush you out of the chair. If you politely ask them to fix their terrible application of polish – the staff will get upset and not take the time to correct it properly. (I had a spot that was dented and they just wanted to apply another top coat, which made my nail thick with polish and not even fixed). Not only did I have a horrible experience, I was also overcharged. It was supposed to be a fun day with my friend and our daughters and it was the WORST EXPERIENCE. (See the pictures)
Terrible customer service! Again, don’t waste your time. I will never go back to a Venetian Nail Spa.
