Emily is the best! I have started going to her as I was referred and now my sister started. We love the work she does. She takes her time. I haven’t had a problem with my nails since I switched to Emily. They are lasting longer and look good after 4 weeks. I highly recommend switching to Emily!

Paid TOO much. Wanted a manicure and pedicure. Pedicure consisted of a mediocre foot rub (no massage) and warm towel wrap. My gel nails were roughly removed and barely even cleaned and filed down. The polish was not placed on nicely and started to chip the next day.

On a more positive note, they serve wine (for a fee), the facility is pretty and in a great location at The Greene.

Had a first and last visit. Scheduled for myeelf and daughter in law. I simply wanted a gel nail manicure… The first application was horrible and was all thick on my skin and in my cuticles.. she was ready to check me out to pay when I brought this to her Attention.. She then proceeded to take her drill and try to get the gel polish off of my fingers.. At that point the drill had started removing the gel nail from my actual nails. So she soaked them off and started over. After the second attempt, she tells me that the polish is bad and she removes it again and asked me to try a different color. She then puts on a third color and adds chrome .. It seemed okay until I got outside in the light and i could see the bumps (see photos) and they tried to convince me that it was my nails that werent smooth.. I have gel nails done every two weeks and they’ve never looked
Like this.. They would not refund me saying the owner doesnt allow but that theyd give me half back via a gift card and i could come back in 2 days to have them fixed. HALF i said and he said “yes, she spent 2 hours with you?. SERIOUSLY..she spent two hours trying to correct her mess!. to add fuel to the fire, I got home and Looked at my toes they also look like they were painted by a small child.. Do not waste your time or money, this place is a joke!!

Prices are not accurate. They make up their own prices. They charge you $10 to shape your nails then they charge me an extra $15. The shape of my nails are definitely not the shap I wanted……They are square. They’re all shaped completely different. When you say something to them, they do not care at all. she didn’t even clean up my nails afterwards. Cut a few of my fingers with the nail file. And that hurts. Like this is a joke. This place is here just to take us Americans money, and laugh at us because we still have to pay in the long run. They don’t fix them when you say something to them. . It’s ridiculous. But i’m the bad guy because I spoke on it. I will never come back.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but felt the need to do so in this case. I was visiting from out of town and went to Venetian Nail Spa with my daughter a week ago today to treat her for Christmas. We both got Deluxe Pedicures with gel polish and I got a gel manicure. The pedicure was fine, although I did notice that my daughter’s technician seemed to be doing more than mine was, even though we got the same thing.

However, the manicure was everything but fine. I had to remind the technician that I was also getting a manicure and then he began to rush around to get my manicure done. He had me dip my fingers in warmed acetone to get the gel polish off from a previous manicure for around 15-20 minutes. We spent so long in there that when they told me they ran out of the color they used on my toes, and that I’d have to get a different color for my manicure, I said fine even though I wanted my colors to match. The technician that did my manicure gave me the worst I have ever had. He had mentioned that he was new and so I tried to be understanding but a week later and the clear polish is almost completely gone and my nails are now chipping. I have never ever had this happen with a manicure in the over 20 years I’ve been getting manicures. Gel manicures typically last for three weeks before this happens, sometimes even longer depending on how much I use my hands. It’s the holidays, so I have not really been using my hands that much as I’ve been traveling.

$240 (including a tip) even WITH the discount for my daughter being an employee at The Greene. I understand they have a “seven day and we will fix it”policy but I live across the country so I won’t be able to utilize this. Be warned when going here as they apparently allow people with little experience to perform services.
