Whoever works the front desk/answers phones is unhelpful!!! Making appointments, checking in, asking questions… I’m not sure I have ever visited/tried to visit without something negative happening that involves him. Also, the person I usually see has randomly stopped working weekends and, of course, the guy on the phone was no help getting me an appointment– No suggestion to book with someone else or come on a weekday. Zero information about the guy I normally see. No help at all! Which I’d understand if this happened just once, but this happened twice in a row! Once two weeks ago when I tried to book an appointment (nothing), and then two days ago.

I’m not going to beg to be a customer. I tip 20-30%, get pedis twice a month, cause no issues, and always praise the good work Michael does. I was planning on coming here permanently. I won’t be back, and I’ll warn everyone to get their nails done elsewhere!

Mary was amazing! Her pedicure was the best I’ve had in my life! I’ve been to a lot of salons in the area and have gotten mediocre service at best. This one was literally perfect. The process, attention to detail and care was so impressive. It’s is so out of the way for me but, totally worth the extra drive time.

The last time I went here, they did a great job; however my sisters and I (ages 18, 16, and 13) went today and it was not a good experience. We sat and waited over an hour only for them to rush while doing our nails. Meanwhile, everyone else was given adequate time. My nails don’t look great, I’m disappointed. Although we may be younger, we are still paying customers and expect to be treated like everyone else.
