I’m just gonna share my 1st experience.
If you’re a first timer make sure you let them know exactly what you’re getting. I just wanted the $45 Full Set Acrylic and they cheated by making me pay $75 at the end, for the most boring set imaginable. The one who did my nails was also a bit rude and impatient. I wanted a simple cherry blossom look and she said she couldn’t do it (understandable, since not many people can do it) BUT she went to school for nail design soooo…
Anyway I decided on something simple but she took it to lukewarm.
I hate leaving bad reviews but I felt this was important to share. Some of the staff were welcoming but the one doing my nails, her last name is Tran; just a word of advice, AVOID her at all costs.
The one she did is on the left and the one I hoped to get is on the right. 😑

I live in California but come to Las Vegas every few weeks to visit family and get my nails/pedicures done here. They listen to what you want, and if you don’t know what you want they will steer you in the right direction! They have tons of colors and are always so thorough and pleasant. It’s clean, bright, well ventilated and very comfortable.

Horrible Customer Service. I have supported this establishment since the pandemic. I booked an appointment online and had the email to show it and received a text also confirming my booking. When I got the nail salon I was told I had no appointment. I showed my email and was told that there was a nail salon down the street. I drove 30 miles and through traffic to get to my appointment because I loved the experience and technicians. Clearly my loyalty and dollars mean nothing. I received no apology, not even a gift card for a dollar for my troubles. I’m utterly disgusted by the service and how quickly they dismissed me. Loyalty means nothing. Customer service means nothing. If I could give this salon zero stars I would. No manager was available to address me, just two young girls at the front. Utterly unprofessional. I will go where Loyalty matters and I appreciated. What’s worse is if I’m even one minute late they call me to ask where I am. In addition they are far from inexpensive. Never again will I visit this establishment. They do not care about their customers.

I have come here a few times to get mani pedis with my mom we always leave very happy, our nails look great and the techs are always very friendly, this visit we were able to make a last minute appointment which we were very thankful for.

please reconsider your customer service and retrain or go back to nail school. I have absolutely no experience doing nails yet somehow exceed what my sister walked home with. From poor customer service, to overpriced prices and a mandatory tip for that pathetic attitude? Be better. I understand having a bad day but I lose all respect for someone when they dish it out on their customers. It’s hard to tell if it’s blatant racism or you just had a bad day or just hate your job. Either way this is not the way to act.
Ladies please understand you deserve better than what she’s offering. At least I know the ladies I work with don’t get their nails done here. A 12 year old could easily do better. And the cheap amazon nails blew these away. Easily.
1/10 – 1 is for 1st and last time well ever waste $200+ here ever again. You will be taken advantage of so please save yourself the disappointment.
