Terrible and sloppy nails, then overcharge for services not even provided. Came in for a full set and a pedicure. Pedicure was done and I waited for over an hour to have my acrylics painted, which made me late for Mother’s Day dinner. I asked to pay because I didn’t have any more time to wait and I was still charged full price plus an added $5 for length and $5 for shape of nails. As you can see by the pictures, my nails were not painted, long, or even properly shaped.

This place is the best! There’s never a wait when you walk in and the people there are so friendly and fast! The prices are reasonable too. I love this place.

This was my first time at this salon, and it was a phenomenal experience. The staff was so friendly, gentle, and precise. The atmosphere was soothing the visit overall was so relaxing. I did a manicure and a pedicure for my graduation, so I wanted something a little bit fancy. Angie and Tim were great and added the cutest little gems to my nails for some added glam. They were also very conscious of my time and I was in and out within an hour or so. Angie did my manicure at the same time Tim did my pedicure, and it was wonderful not having to wait and do one then the other. They also mentioned that they are under new management, so they recently changed some things at the salon. Overall, a great experience, and this is definitely my new favorite nail salon.

If I could give this place a zero I would. I’m not sure what everybody on this review site sees in this place, but I know enough to tell you it was the worst experience I have ever had in a nail salon. I went in to change my gel nail polish, and she ended up ruining my acrylic nails. She insisted on dipping my fingers into acetone which ate through the acrylic. When I pointed this out, she said I should have said something. I told her that I had said not to have them put in acetone, but to simply use her nail drill to take the old gel off. I’m not the professional, she is , she should have known better. And then on top of it I paid $25 for her to change my gel. Maybe you’re used to those kind of prices in St. Louis but I live in Kansas City and I’ve never paid that much for a gel polish. And now I have to get a whole new fill , because she took all my acrylic off. And when I asked to see her their licenses, she could not show them to me. I plan to call the board of health.
