I went there because regular nail salon was closed. What normally takes 1.5 hour to remove dip off of my nails and put new on took 38 minutes!! When The nail tech was filing off the old layer of dip. It hurts so bad my nails were burning. I told her and she’s just said sorry I have to do that. I was never instructed to wash my hands to get all of the dust off, and then when she applied new dip, it was so sloppy. She did not even cut my cuticles which I thought was included in a manicure. I will never go back there extremely unhappy. When I brought this to her attention I was told this is how they do it. I do have pictures to prove this.
