First off, how do you NOT greet customers or possible new customers when they come into the store? I went in there today and was actually blown away about how unprofessional this establishment is after being in their 20 minutes with no one saying anything to me. I had to speak up for myself to be told that they could possibly get to me then after 10 minutes later to be told, another 30 minute wait, make that make sense. I really don’t know how people can continue to go to a place that doesn’t know how to treat customers just do their nails and get them out. Oh, but if that’s what you like as a customer, then continue to go there.

I asked for almond shape and i tried to politely ask for the shape to change i was quickly shut down… i tried to speak up for myself but they were super rude and it was expensive too! They charge for every little thing. Very unpleasant experience, these nails look goofy 🙁

Tim and Trish are awesome. I started going to Tim about 3 months ago and my nails last much longer than any other place I have been. I recommend them to all my friends. They are professional and friendly and, most importantly, great at their craft!

I currently come all the way from Kernersville for their excellent service. They really take their time with services and it’s very much quality over quantity. Wait times can be a little long at times but appointments can be easily made. All nail techs are very friendly as well. Best nail salon I’ve been to in years. I absolutely love taking myself and my 8 year old here for SNS and gels nail services. Higly recommend this place.

This is my 2nd time visiting and I truly enjoyed this visit. The nail tech took his time with cuticle care and I showed him a picture of the style i wanted and allowed him to freestyle the design.
I will definitely return for services.
