V Spa & Nail Studio

I visited V spa on Sunday, November 26 to get a pedicure, gel Manicure and eyebrows waxed. My technician name was Lisa. Her attitude was not the most pleasant…I guess it was bc I only opted to get the basic service. I cannot get the specialized manicures bc the scrubs breaks me out…even the hypoallergenic. Anyway, after she finished my services, I left. The next day, the polish on my index fingernail was chipped. I went back the next day, but they were closed, so I went back Tuesday for the repair. The following day (Wednesday), the polish on both middle fingers began to chip. At this point, I decided not to go back for repairs as Lisa seemed upset that she had to replace the index finger. Today is Saturday, Dec 2nd and now my cuticles are cracked, peeling and dry. I am so disappointed with this Manicure, that I will not be coming back to this establishment. I’m going out of the country tomorrow, so I need to get my nails done before I leave. I will now have to go somewhere else to get my nails done over to correct the mess that Lisa did. Luckily I have someone who can fit me in their schedule. Again, I will not be supporting this establishment again…yes one bad apple spoiled the bunch!

Service is trash! Customer service is trash! Front desk TRASH! Only thing good coming out of this place was the ginger tea. Other than that, expect a rush job and attitude! I’d paid 120 for Manicure and pedicure and both were trash jobs. Every single mail on both hands had hang nails, I had to visit my old salon. I will NEVER COME HERE AGAIN! Don’t go to Joe. He’s only been a tech for 1 year. Not much experience at all! Then, the manager tried to tell me that my toe nail was cracked and suggested acrylic on my big toes. Sir no, my toenails aren’t cracked. The “gel polish” Joe used and rushed were cracked on my big toes.

They are very rude in there and the prices are high everything had a extra upcharge. When all I wanted was a simple gel polish pedicures for myself and my daughter. My daughter 10 her pedicure was 65 dollars alone. The front desk staff can be nicer and more personable. When I came in they said hi and what was I getting. I responded two pedicures she wrote in her book and without looking up says ok sit down. That should have been a red flag there of what’s to come. Then Cindy the woman who did my pedicure came and got me I take off my shoes and put my foot in the bowl and the water was scalding hot. I screamed. Angel the one that did my daughter’s feet turned on cold for a sec then said for me to put my foot in. Again it was still super hot which makes me wonder did the lady only have the water on hot .

I have been going to this establishment since 2016, with the same nail technician. I always make my next 2 appointments once I am done with my appointment. On Friday January 5,2024 I was disrespected in the worst manner from the owner of this establishment. The first problem was that he tried to tell me that I could not see the nail tech that I made an appointment with back in December. Then I was told that I would not be service by anyone because I told him if someone else has to do my nails they have to be done correctly, and if they not done correctly there is going to be a problem. In turn while all this is going on the nail tech came up and did not even acknowledge me I was so taken back. There customer service has went down over the years. Management needs to learn customer service better.

This place is amazing! They have such highly skilled artists that work here. The creativity just exceeds all expectations! John has been the best artist that I have had in 25 plus years of getting my nails done. It is best to let him do his magic; I promise you that you will not be disappointed!! It is best to make an appointment so that you get to experience their services fully and allow them the time to shine. This is a busy nail salon where people have waiting lists for appointments. Jimmy & KV have created an amazing atmosphere and the customer service is phenomenal! You have a client for life! I sing your praises to all that listen, and it is not hard to do as I get stopped constantly and asked where I get my nails done. The people that work here are all very hardworking and try their best to please their clients. I really wish that every-time I was here I did not witness this, but every-time, this happens, and it is shameful. Ladies will sit here and get all the way through getting their nails done, not say anything during the process, nod their head, say it is okay and then when they are finished, they complain about the nails and how they don’t like them and on and on. How about you say something when you first realize you do not like the design or the shape or the color or the length or whatever… why must you ladies wait until the nails are complete to complain and then try to get a discount. Tsk, tsk ladies, you can do better. Some of you are repeat offenders and ought to be ashamed of yourselves. If you can’t afford to get your nails done, then don’t get your nails done… Meanwhile the rest of us will be over here loving our nails and loving V Spa Nail Studio!!
