When it was my turn I could tell she was very rushed and was trimming nails fast and didn’t pay much attention. She put on the stuff for the pink white tip powder thing and did it very fast. All of a sudden she got up and just told me someone else would continue with me. They had to switch me to a different chair. As a mom I completely understand when emergencies happen and people need to leave but they didn’t even tell me why she had to go and just moved me. I know she left because I saw her leave through the back door. Another girl continued the job, I showed her the photo of what I wanted and she said “yeah” did not look at it. This girl was also very rushed and the way she did the white tip is something I have not seen before, the polish was staining my fingers and the sides of my nails were not covered. I told her about it and all she did was file it and rushed me to put fingers under uv light. She then said she was done and quickly got up and waited for me on the register. I felt that I got robbed, I laid 66 dollars for a horrible service. I will no longer return to this place.
