Love getting my nails done by V. I have bad anxiety and she helps make it as comfortable as possible. My mom also sees Amy and her art work is amazing. Would diff recommend any of the women in this shop.

Standard local nail salon, 3 stars because although they were friendly, I paid $82 for gel removal, then gel on toes and fingers with one design on each hand. Did not get acrylics. Didn’t clean up the edges so I had polish leftover on my skin. All in all, not a terrible experience, just average and a little too pricey for what I got in my opinion.

Called a day in advance and made 2 fill appointments for my sister and I. Showed up at 5:30 on time and we sat unacknowledged for 15 minutes. One of ladies came over and said she only had 1 appointment down and the other was going to have to wait until 7pm or come back the following day. This is the 2nd situation I have had like this with this place. So disappointing!! Make sure you get full confirmation on appointment being scheduled prior to showing up. Will not come back.

Horrible….Took over an hour for a very simple gel French manicure. She cut me pretty bad and then proceeded to spray alcohol on the open wound and never instructed me to wash my hands just burnt them with alcohol. The nails started to chip right away and 2 completely fell off that night. The service was completely rude and didn’t speak the whole time. Definitely never returning.

As a nail technician myself,, I’m to lazy to do my own nails, Vnails have been my “go to” place since way back when they were located inside Walmart! They know I want perfection,, seldom have I EVER had problems with my services,, now a couple times I didn’t like my polish,, they redone it free of charge even though I’m the one that picked it out! I have a daughter who had not liked her nails after having them done,, They could tell she wasn’t happy,, they ask her let them redo the whole set and wasn’t gonna charge her a dime! People arnt perfect, we have our good days,, we have our bad days,, and the best thing about these girls are,, if they make a mistake or not,, they fix or correct it no matter the fault! I’ve seen how they treat people like family,, I’ve seen the tears for a client who has passed on,, to them,, We are family and though we’re not blood,, they treat us as such! I myself am forever grateful to these ladies and recommend anyone and everyone to support their business!!
