Filthy! Filthy! Filthy! The entire shop feels nasty and looks dirty. I felt like “creepy crawlers” on my skin. Visible dirt, dust, and grime everywhere. I went to use bathroom and was disgusted. Needless to say, I walked out to prevent any kind of infection.

I’ve been going to Quan for over ten years! I went somewhere else ONCE and instantly regretted it… he pays attention to detail and listens to exactly what you want. Vi has done my pedicure there as well before, his work is great too! I will never let anyone touch my nails – but I do recommend making an appointment due to high demand. thanks quan!

My nails turned out crooked and fat. The nail tech didn’t return my attempts to make friendly conversation AND she didn’t go a good job. I got gel stuck to my fingers and I don’t think the filing is supposed to hurt…but it did…every time she filed each nail down. So I was tense the entire session.
I gave it 3 stars because my boyfriend and I have met the owner and he’s a great guy! He also said if I came by I’d get a discount which I received. But I still think $30 for a bad nail job is too much. But don’t take my word for it. Pics say it all.

“WARNING” please by pass this place. At first I had no problems with this establishment. The ladies here do a really GOOD job just super SLOW. Needless to say that’s not why im taking time out to do a review. I witness the only male in the shop who usually collects the money at the end of the service walk up to the sink and REMOVE his teeth, put water in his mouth as if it was mouth wash and spit it out in the customer sink! As the time went on I needed my eyebrows waxed. I requested Lisa. There was nobody but me waiting for that service. I sat in that back room for almost 15 minutes. I walk out to see what the hold up was all to find Lisa on the phone. When they saw I was nolonger interested she begged and pleaded and goes on to say someone called her as if that was the problem of a paying customer. In a nutshell I wouldn’t recommend this unsanitary and rude service.

This is my favorite nail salon in Hampton, and I’ve been to a few. I’m always greeted at the door immediately. The customer service here is amazing, especially compared to others in the area. I always love my nails and brows afterwards. The price is great too for the excellent service.
