Don’t go here unless you want a half a** job. The two workers who did my hands and feet were so lazy. The lady who did my manicure left gel on my fingers. She kept changing price. My nails were messy until I spoke up and she fixed it but she had an attitude. I let that go.
Then the spa pedicure was good but I didn’t get a 10 min massage. She barely massaged my legs for 4 minutes. They didn’t use a timer so always ask. Then when I brought it up to the lady in charge she denied it and said I was sitting in the chair for an hour. That was a lie because a lady who was already having her feet done when I sat down finished after me. I timed the massage literally 4 minutes. I had asked prior to picking spa pedicure is a massage included and she said yes a 10 min massage. But then when I asked why I didn’t get a 10 min massage she said next time I will pay 15$ for massage and I can use the timer on my phone???? Makes no sense when a massage was supposed to be included. Such gaslighters never returning here again.

I had a wonderful experience! It was my first time here and everyone was so friendly. Dede did an amazing job with my nails, I’m so happy with the results. She was so gentle and had great attention to detail. The salon itself is so beautiful and clean. There’s even massage chairs up front in the waiting area. The manager was also super nice and was handing everyone water bottles and lollipops on our way out 😁 I will be coming back for additional services in the near future!

Do not let the nice walls fool you! I have never in my 25 years of getting my nails done have been this messed up! Not only did I complete lose a nail but now I have green fungus stain on two of my nails. I allowed them to put gel on my nails for the first time ever and I am so mad! Stay away they will ruin your nails.

I went to VIP in Elmwood Park today and had Amanda table #12. First of all she was complaining in her language because I wanted the powder Gel manicure. I ask to get someone else, but that did not happen. I should have got up and leave. She made alot of bloody cuts on my cuticles. She left the paint all on my finger tips and everything is uneven. This was the worst experience I ever had in getting my nails done. It’s time for a change. Amanda, you should find a job in a warehouse or learned how to treat your customers with respect. You just lost a faithful customer.in addition, it’s just a week and a half and my nail broke just from making my bed. Think long and hard before you go to this place. They want the money but does not want to provide the service. Then once they are done screwing up my nails, they have the nerves to look for tips. My tip is to learn some interpersonal skills and improve on your customer service.

This was my first time ever getting acrylic nails (and my first time being at the salon). I walked in Saturday afternoon and automatically had someone to do my nails for me — no wait. The employees were very nice, reasonable nail price, and it was very clean!! I love my nails I just wish the nails were a bit closer on my cuticle because it looks like my nails grew out for a week when its only been a day. I’m still definitely coming back tho because it is a nice environment!! :))
