I’ve never been so disappointed in a service or lack of. Not one of my nails is the same shape or same length, nails are crooked and bumpy. I honestly don’t know what this shape he was trying to achieve was but they are so Narrow and have huge dips near my nail beds! I wish I had time to go back and get them done before my surgery tomorrow but looks like I just wasted $50! Do not go here as this should have never happened bc they weren’t busy as I was the only one in there, just lack of knowledge on how to do nails or just being lazy and not caring!

Thuy did such a great job on my pedicure. She is so sweet. I called at 6:50 pm on a Saturday because I had plans and I really needed my nails done. She left the salon open for me and made sure my nails looked great. I will be coming back! Best prices in Huntersville. Thank you Thuy.

I have no clue why these ratings are so low. Twee does amazing nails and the place is never too packed. I don’t have to wait an hour to be seen.

I just relocated and I am Very, Very disappointed with the service. NEVER EVER go here awful pedicure and my nails there are no words for the awful job that was done, definitely not worth the money I spent, makes sense why they were empty when I went in they have no idea what they are doing here. This is not what I am use to.

The nail technician, Twee, paid extra attention to detail. She even pointed damage done to my nails by another nail salon and discussed how I can fix it to have healthier nails. Not sure that I’ll trust anyone but her for a while. Only negatives…. No drinks offered and no music or TV playing so be prepared with some headphones. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. I’ll be back!
