Google limits the words for the reviews so I can’t write it in its entirety. Spent 177$ plus for my little girl to not get the colors she asked for even after I clarified multiple times, painted gel over her skin and when asked to fix it she had an extreme attitude and jerked my 6 year old daughters hands around. My feet guy was kind and professional but my nail guy was the worst I’ve ever had. He didn’t soak my hands to cut the cuticles and cut me so bad I bled in several places. He had an attitude the entire time (later I found out it was because I was going to be his last person and he was ready to go) & he made it evident the entire time as he tried to rush through my nails as quickly as possible. He kept stacking the dip dead set in the center and not so much on the sides and when I questioned his technique and never seeing it done that way he told me I needed to trust the process as he was not done (I should have just left right there) but I was having a bad day and really wanted my nails done. He continued to try & buff the crud out of the nail polish stack he created & it wasn’t quite working in which I questioned it again & he told me to wait that the polish would fix it. The polish didn’t fix it and he was mad at me. I told him he rushed through my nails, cut me, & did not do a good job. He got up & walked away & started talking in his language to a young girl which I assume is the manager & she asked what I didn’t like and I showed her and told her what happened & told her why I was there in which she said I was his last person & no one else could fix my nails (like are you serious.) I just proceeded to cry & said that’s fine I can just leave. She tells me she will just buff the top layer off and dip it again (y’all this dip on my nails is so thick) all of them were so unkind, rude, entitled, & unprofessional (minus the Hispanic looking gentleman) I just cried as the lady “fixed” my nails by stacking another layer of dip on & asking a few times if it was good. I didn’t look or care anymore at this point & just cried (she could have cared less) neither of asian guy or girl would check me out & instead had the Hispanic guy do it. I sat in the parking lot & called my boyfriend & cried another ten minutes in my car in the parking lot
Ps the dark color around the nails is blood, the corners of most of my nails are showing, dip is super thick, and
it’s only Thursday and the dip has already broken in a couple places

I had a lady look as if in her 40s do my nails and toes.. she has big teeth and a ponytail . first when she did my toes she kept trying to make me pay the highest amount the $52 package and I told her no 8 times I shouldn’t have to keep telling you. Secondly she made my toes bleed from digging to deep my toes were hurting so bad. I asked for acrylic 3 times she told me I shouldn’t do it so she didn’t give me acrylic which was rude ! I really think she didn’t know how to do it . Then my polish was bumpy and she had to do my toes over 3 times !!! And I had polish all over my toes and same exact thing for my nails! Bumpy , uneven and I hate the shape of them they look like teeth . Everyone was standing over her as she was doing my nails so I knew she was doing them wrong. This was not a good experience AT ALL , THEY NEED MORE TRAINING AT THIS SALON. I wasn’t relaxed AT ALL she talked my head off about higher prices and was messing my services up . I will NEVER EVER EVER BE BACK! And on top of that I had somewhere to go and I had to go with these ugly nails and toes !! Hate it!! I went to another salon the next day . I will never be back . It was so much more I could say but moral of the story SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE . THE PEOPLE I WAS ALSO SITTING BESIDE WERE NOT SATISFIED. I was told the only person in there that can do nails is Alex.. if that’s the case everyone else should be REPLACED.

So glad Alina is back! I love her detail to attention. Very gentle and always manages to do a great job. When she was on maternity leave, I came once and the person that attended to me did a good job. I’m spoiled with Alina! The staff here are wonderful. This is my go to for gel pedicures! Stop in and get your mani/pedicures! ❤️❤️❤️

Alex did amazing! He was very detailed and meticulous concerning the nail shape, colors, and design that I wanted. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he did not disappoint. I love my nails!
