Great first time experience! I called 10 minutes before coming in and they were able to fit myself and 2 of my friends in within 15 minutes of arriving. Staff was friendly, personable, and did a great job on my nails. I think I found my new nail salon.

I hate this nail salon! They do the worst jobs and they always over charge. I gave this place several tries and every time they’ve disappointed me. Even when you call and schedule an appointment they make you wait 30 minutes. It’s the worst. I will never step foot here again.

We had the best experience here with our pedicures! Everyone was so nice and pedicures were awesome! We visited from out of town and if I lived in Menifee I would be a regular here!

Been here a few times with my teenage daughter to get French tip gel pedicures & loved it! But the last time I was here I went to get a French tip gel pedicure done for my baby shower. I was waiting for the guy to finish up with his customer & when he was done with her he was very nice to her & helped her put her sandals on and smiled as she left. When it was my turn he wasn’t very friendly as he was telling me what length to cut my toe nails and I disagreed & he didn’t like that. Anyways he continued to give me a pedicure & started rushing through the pedicure process & did not do a great job as my nail chip the next day on Gel polish! Which I went back the next day to fix. The worst part was when he was done he just picked up left & went on to the next customer to do acrylic nails & just left me sitting there like an idiot never said I was done nor did I even get any kind of massage or help putting my sandals on as I was 7 months pregnant at the time. Like wow what kind of customer service is that! Will definitely not come here again or recommend this place to anyone.

For this to be my first time here my expectations were not met.
I paid $50 for the service on the left and $35 for the service on the right, they’re both gel polish and I got ombre and diamonds on my first set. USA nails should lower their prices if they can’t provide better quality designs.

I had an appointment 09.14 scheduled and still was not taken on time. Then when I got in the chair and my service began I feel as though my nail tech was being extremely rough with my fingers turning them and when I would help to turn my hand the direction she needed it she would still twist my fingers however she wanted (irritating) Anyway my service was for a gel fill in and for the $35 I paid I expected the shaping to be much better I feel like my nails are extremely too rounded for square shaped nails and I’m disappointed because I left with a completely different color than what I asked for I wanted a solid green with green glitter on top (very simple) but I left with white because I wasn’t understood I kid you not I tried to explain 4 different ways that I wanted more than one glitter coat of polish so that the glitter could really stand out and after so many attempts I just let it go because I began getting very upset. The only good part of my service was the waxing the same lady who did my nails also serviced my wax for me and did an amazing job for my underarms and lip.
