I got a deluxe pedicure and the lady hardly massaged me. The polish is horribly done too. When I brought it to their attention they just said “it’ll be better next time” such a waste of money.

Worst nail salon I have ever been to . I got Jennifer for a Deluxe Pedicure. She used previously used unsanitary porous supplies on me. She used a CHEESE GRADER so hard on my foot unnecessarily & literally cut me so deep I was bleeding and my foot is in a lot of pain. Without my permission dug into my toe nails and made them bleed. Jennifer was extremely rude to me regarding price they have a 8 foot tall sign advertising their $50 Deluxe Pedicure I asked for that and she told me she can’t do that and if I wanted it would be $75 from her.
I got some other guy for my full nail set (Thank God ) because at least he was nice. He did maybe a 5 out of 10 job. 4 out of 10 nails extremely crooked all different lengths.
I was charged over $110 & literally given an extremely painful wound on the side of my foot. I will be reporting them to Dora because this place should definitely be shut down. Beware its a bunch of older, most likely unlicensed people .
The staff is rude , uneducated & unsanitary . I will attach photos of the wound they gave me STAY AWAY.

horrible customer service, didn’t want to do design i wanted and it was just french tips. left the nails uneven and with chipped nail polish. high prices for low quality nails. toe polish is just horrible

I am not one to write reviews and I am not hard to please either, but this was by far the worst nail experience I have ever had. I asked for a light pink chrome and the lady could not understand or else whatever they brought out was not even close to what I was asking for. After all the ridiculousness I was frustrated and said just light pink. Took over 1hr to do a basic shellac manicure and even she struggled with that and barely did the cuticles. Lots of spaces on the edges that were missed and just very messy. Such a waste of time and money. They are not a 4 star for a reason.
