I had a bad experience at this place. I asked for a soak off and the person that was doing my nails removed my acrylic nails with a cuticle remover and put a fake nail in my nails to remove the acrylic ,she made my nails bleed. The shaping it’s so bad she didn’t file much and applied the clear acrylic bad . She applied gel and you can tell the spots she missed. I don’t recommend .

My hands and feet take me through a lot, this is needed maintenance and a good time to just relax and just be!

My Technician Laura was awesome! Although petite, she commanded the experience and let me enjoy my time.

She made some suggestions, made sure I was good to go and was very efficient.

I came here today on Memorial Day since they were open. I called and got a 4:30 appointment. Came at 4:25 and there were three people before me with only one worker. She said she will call me to come back. So I leave and come back two hours later and she tried to give me a new set when all I needed was a refill and REFUSED to fill my nails, on top of that tried to charge $60 for a full set. I wasted my whole day with this place trying to get my nails done & walked our of there in tears. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Went with my mother in law to get pedicures and the one lady took a nice chunk of skin off the heal of her foot. My lady was just very rough she cut me with the cuticle cutter and burned my nail with the electric nail filer. I was disappointed in the service.

I used to enjoy this salon. There was a man who worked here that took his time and used sterilized or new files and sanding stones for every customer he saw. If I had regular polish applied he let each coat dry before applying the next. Over the past year I’ve gone twice. I won’t ever go again. The man doesn’t seem to work there and the two women I got rushed and used dirty files. The first time the lady cut my cuticles on my hands so close they bled. The second time the lady cut them around my toes so badly it took a month before the scratches were gone. I also ended up with Athletes Foot after this visit. I got regular polish once and the manicurist applied it so fast that three hours later it came off each nail like a sheet. The under coat was so wet it slid right off the nails! The next time I got gel because I thought no one could mess that up. Wrong again! The gel polish they used must have been old because it chipped and was flaking off by the end of the second day and it was gel with GLITTER! Glitter will stay on anything and this polish was flaking off! Two expensive mistakes, several bloody fingers and toes and a fungal infection later and I’ve finally learned my lesson! The only good thing is there’s never a wait. I can guess why that is though!
