Im so disappointed in this place . Let’s start with the tools
They came from a drawer that wasn’t sealed for each person. They then after I said something took alcohol from a bottle and started to squirt the nail clipper , cuticle pusher .
The lady was nice but I paid for shellac manicure and I have bubbles and lines all over my nails. Then the owner when I handed them my card wanted to charge me 3% fee for using a card. I stated it wasn’t posted and then he rolled his eyes and said fine I won’t charge you. I will never go back super unclean and unprofessional .

First time coming here. Decided to try the mall because everything was booked due to Mother’s Day. Our party got three pedicures, all basic. The sign said that pedicures were $27. I asked for an acrylic set, and I asked them to use their own mannequin hand model design which had a matte finish. I did not ask for gel nails. Instead the lady who did my nails put gel on and the design has a glossy finish which looks really weird given the design. Some of the design also fell off within 2 hours of my appointment. They charged me $70 for these nails. The lady messed up on the gel so there are parts of the nail that have smudges and the colors don’t match. I don’t mind paying when the quality is good. I still tipped well because I appreciate that they were able to fit us in, but I will not return here and I do not recommend this location at all unless you don’t mind having sloppy nails. In regards to the pedicures, they didn’t even paint all of my children’s toe nails. When I saw my daughter’s toes half of the toenail was not painted. It’s a shame because I would definitely have been a repeat customer that would tip well, but I won’t come back again. Save your money and go to one of the shops that has a better reputation in the area. Photos were taken of the DAY OF our appointment. Terrible quality!

Zoom in, my nails looks like they are a week old but it’s same day nails ☹️ first time getting my nails done and I am a bit disappointed and I don’t think the colors go, the girl was nice but I think she could’ve done better with all the experience she has it was $57. Also idk if they clean up your cuticle well to me she didn’t I had to do it at my house myself after 😢 sad first time

I got the cutest set done and the shape was SO nice and the nail tech made it seem easy! She was much faster than usual for a full set! My husband got a pedicure here and they took their time massaging him. He really liked the pedicure!

RUN…DON’T WALK! 🤬
I saw no sign that the nail techs cleaned any of their tools. My nail tech pulled a used nail file/buffer from the drawer of her station. My cuticles are nicked and bleeding, shape is wrong, no symmetry, and the clear coat is thick, rough, and bubbled (zoom into the attached photo)! At the end of my service, I showed the owner my nails. Her solution, another thick coat of clear coat to “try” to smooth the surface. I couldn’t find a license for my nail tech. I reported this business to the state board.
