I decided I was going to get my nails done and come to the shop while Covid has been over for almost what two years they are still doing appointment only they had two people in there 31 get a pedicure. I wanted to get a pedicure. she spoke to her colleague in her language because I’m sure she probably didn’t speak English, which is fine but They turned me around because I didn’t have an appointment. It is 2024 appointment shouldn’t be needed and I’m sure that you guys have to pay the rent so what I don’t understand is why I couldn’t get a pedicure because you guys were appointment only it’s crazy. I think that should change if you want more money and not get reviews like this Anyway, thanks for nothing. I truly appreciate you because I will never come back and I will never make an appointment. God bless you all.

I’ve been coming here for over three years. Always been very happy. The last 2 times I’ve gone they have stuck me with some lady in the far back. Right by the tv on the right side. She is aweful. My nails were crooked. And not fully painted. This time she was rude. And had me in tears. She doesn’t listen when you tell her it’s crooked. I’ve always been very well taken care of by Mary and the girl that sits next to her in the front by the windows. I wish I’d have taken pictures last time. This time i did You can see how they aren’t strait. They aren’t coffin shaped. Some are almost round. I had Sharp points on them. I hade Excess acrylic all over me. And paint all over my fingers. The tip of one is missing paint. I went back in in tears and spoke to Mary. She did what she could to file off the excess acrylic and sharp edges. I’m so upset i cant Stop crying. Only use Mary or the girl next to her. Or the young girl that sits in the very first chair on the right. I’ll try one more time. And if they put her with me again I’ll never come back. Which makes me so sad. Im a loyal customer and have referred lots and lots of people here. I work in the service industry and usually get many compliments on my nails. And tell them where to go. 😭😞

I always get my nails here now. It’s a very decent price, the staff is very friendly, and my nails always look good. Jessica does a great job.

No no no no!!!!
They used to be really good but they are slacking. My friend was cut a couple of months ago on his hand.
I had to go to a clinic to get the bleeding to stop!
