I like my nail tech, Eden does great work. Every time l come in there, the owner always has a conversation about race and our country. It is very offensive. if the owner doesn’t like the type of people who come to his shop. Please put a sign up so we will know not to come in there to support your shop. Instead, talk about it to people who sit in your chair. and other people can hear what you are saying. Show better customer service would be nice, the customer would like to feel comfortable. I am speaking on behalf of other customers who are feeling the same way when they’re coming to your shop as well. The owner needs to be aware.

The best nail shop in Virginia Beach! Seriously every nail tech is so chill and laid back and they genuinely care about their customers. I’m super picky about my nails and I’ve never been disappointed. Jimmy is hilarious and Megan is amazing at design and can do pretty much anything.

My gf recommended this place to me and I have been a LOYAL – VERY LOYAL customer ever since. I drive completely out of my way just because I love them so much. The shaping of my nails is the MOST important part for me. Megan is WONDERFUL!!! She’s patient, sweet, funny & she won me over on my first visit!!!

The owners are GREAT!!! I feel very comfortable and welcome there!!!

I have never been so uncomfortable while getting my nails done, let alone the quality. Nail technician was looking at my chest serial times, asked if I was single and then proceeded to tell me he can “be my tiger, and eat me”, told me “thank you baby, thank you beautiful” as I left while touching my on my shoulder and upper back.

Was never given color options, or shape options. Requested shorter numerous times, I hit a point of being so uncomfortable I just wanted to leave asap.

No new file was used, station was not wiped down between myself and the client in front of me, I requested a full acrylic set with polish and my nails were not preped at all, no buffing, sanding, cubical care…nothing. glued tips on. Cut them to various lengths and half filed them and slapped acrylic on. Didn’t even file me them into a natural shape.

The acrylic also felt like an oven as it cured. My fingertips where so hot, hot to the touch. It’s been 3 days and my nails are already peeling up.

Torn peices of paper taped various places with venmo payment methods. Requested cash, no receipt, suspicious of tax evasion.

Absolute best nail salon I’ve been to! The nail technicians are super nice and way easy to talk to. They do a great job and there may be a wait but it is ALWAYS worth it. I got a special with a full gel set and French toenails for $57 and my nails will likely last me a month. My friend (white and glittery nails) got a full gel set with designs and pouf ball (a little extra) as well as a gel pedicure which ended up costing her $95… every penny and minute of time was worth it I’m never going anywhere else. The nail technician has an instagram (jimmieusnailsspa) where he posts lots of pictures and will answer private messages about price!!!
