We have been going to US Nails for over a year for pedicures. The people are nice and courteous. The salon is clean and smells good. There are tv’s overhead that you can watch if you want. They have the massage pedicure chairs. The prices are average. We can usually call and come right in. They do a very good job.
I am only giving you four and a half stars, US Nails. For two reasons: it seems like even when we come in after you say it’s a good time, we always seem to have a bit of a wait…like sometimes 15-25 minutes. The weird thing is that you will have us sit in one of the pedicure chairs, but you don’t give us water to soak our feet or anything. So basically we just sit and wait. That in itself is okay I guess. At least I know we are next in line, but why not have some hot water to soak in and relax since we are in the chair?
(I do think this “yes, we have time” then come in and wait, may be a common thing for nail places, but just a suggestion.)
The second thing is that the massage on our feet and calves is very short. At least it always seems shorter than I would like.
We are from out of state, so maybe this is just the way things are here in Springfield? We haven’t been to any other salons here because once we tried them, we liked them enough to stay with them.
Again, they do a great job and are very nice. They even give you a full sized tube of lotion at Christmas time!
One time they brought me a bag to carry my shoes out in, without me even asking!
We will keep coming US Nails, because your staff has us hooked! But I do wish you’d address the two things I mentioned. Part of the pedicure experience is feeling pampered! Four and a half stars!

I just went here and had my nails done.And the lady did not ask me if I wanted the pink acrylic.She just did it anyway.So make sure you are honest when you go in there with what you want.Because they don’t even ask you and then they want to charge you a $100.So I will never be back there again

I asked for a simple French tip design. I asked for my nails to be longer and she said she would charge me 5 more extra dollars to not have them cut short. I wasn’t happy with my design so I asked her to fix them and she basically told me no and charged me $55. I will never go here again

Love this place! Underated but one the best in town!! Clean and convenient location. They always do a great job! Alot of attention to detail and fairly priced. Phil is amazing and hilarious, and Jenny is the most experienced nail tech around. I’ve tried 3 other nail places in town that don’t even compare.
