Went in yesterday my hands set in nail polish remover with my hand zip locked into a bag. For an HOUR!!! When my pedicure was done I let her know my hands were in extreme pain. She never offered lotion or anything. Let her know my nails were not fake so please be gentle. I don’t want my length messed with or anything. She continued to not listen and file my nails.(psa charged me $5 more for my shape) she continued to pull my fingers and twist them as they were dry and in pain. My nails look gross charged me $15 more for the different color??? I woke up at 3am putting Vaseline all over my hand because it was on fire. Woke up to this… I will let you know the service was trash. I will never go back, they also laughed as I left. I showed up at 1 she tried to not give me the buy one get one they advertise. I had to remind her she has had me here for 4 plus hours. I didn’t leave until 5 pm…

I’m a regular at Urbane and I love it!! I’ve gotten multiple sets done and they always deliver what I ask. Angel is awesome and friendly and makes me feel welcome. Lynn is the best and so creative! Sam pays attention to detail and talented! I can come in with a couple pics for inspo and they deliver! The ambience in the salon is the best in the city. The drinks are great and they recently got new pedicure chairs! Oh and the daytime discount for 2 services is pretty dope 😏 I totally recommend this place to all my friends!

If I ever return to this place I will never let the person who worked on my nails work on them again.
I called ahead to see if they had any availability, it being a Sunday. I was told there was no wait and to come on in. The lady who answered the phone was polite and professional.
I go in and it’s packed, yet, no wait time. Asked them if I could get a manicure with gel polish. No problem.
They send me to this young man who I will never let do my nails again. IF, I ever go back.
I told him I may have 2 broke nails. He handles my nails with care.
I have one fingernail that was broke. I have my own nails. I asked him if I could pay extra to get a tip put on the one nail. He told me no, I would have to get a full set. I just told him to forget it. He then proceeds as if he was going to cut the rest of my nails down to match the one broke nail. I told him no, I don’t want my nails cut down.
He continued to work on my nails. I kept showing him that there were tiny bumps on my nails. Like something was in the polish. He filed over the dry polish and put oil on my nails and said ok your all done. As I continued to tell him about my nails while he was trying to check me out he tells me to come sit down he put polish over one nail and let it dry. Didn’t put a top coat over it and said I was finished. I was done. So I just paid and left.
I usually tip my nails techs at least $10-$20 depending on their service. No, I didn’t tip him because he didn’t listen and my nails aren’t the greatest. Plus, as I watched another lady sitting behind him beg the same service I got, she got the shoulder massage, the arm massage and all the bells and whistles. Now, I have been to this place before and the lady I had previously gave me the same treatment with all the bells and whistles with this same service. I got none of that today. Oh, by the way he did glue my broke nail and then polish over the glue. If I could rate the service I received today a 0 I would. I wasn’t offered wine or anything else to drink. The service I received before was 5 star service.

My best friend and I have been looking for the best place to get pedicures since we have moved to okc, we found our spot! Super friendly staff, great drinks, great atmosphere and PLENTY of space. Definitely will be back! Lina was GREAT, shaped my toes SO CUTE!! Love love love!

I love this place they are so elegant classy and professional!! Lena did my nails and she did a beautiful amazing job. Very friendly and great customer service. This salon is clean and spacious with many techs. They offer a range of drinks refreshments which is great if you want to just relax. Thank you urbane nails 2!!
