Any service I have done at this spa has been fantastic. Today I worked with Scarlet on an eyelash lift and tint, and eyebrow wax and tint. I was really nervous as this would be my first time, but scarlet assured me the whole way through. So glad I trusted her and her talent. I have been coming here for many years just for the most pampering brow waxing experience in town, but today I finally enjoyed their massage services for the first time. I love how easy and flexible the booking process is. Andrew provided an excellent 90 minute back, neck, and shoulders massage followed by Rachel for a 30-minute scalp massage. They were both extremely knowledgeable and professional and handled my specific concerns and needs wonderfully. Highly recommend Urban Sanctuary for a multitude of their services and for their professional and extremely gracious staff.

Lauren did a fantastic job! She listened to my description of my tight/painful areas and targeted them during the massage appropriately. She also responded well when I requested changes in pressure. I love Urban Sanctuary, the whole experience is always so relaxing from when I walk in and hear the soft music to when I sat down and they brought me a hot cup of tea. Just what I needed to treat myself!

I went for an Urban Signature Massage. Upon entering, I was greeted with relaxing sounds of ‘music’ throughout the facility. The staff was welcoming and I was given a warmed neck pillow to use while I filled out the paperwork that would allow them to personalize the included facial to my specific skin type. Morgan did a great job and I was totally relaxed the whole time. The facial also included a hand and arm massage. Everyone was friendly and professional. I went back for a Swedish massage with concentration in my upper shoulder area and Wendi did a great job of getting the knots out and was friendly and professional as well.

Booked my Swedish massage appt online with Austin, but when I got to the spa, they told me they had me with Chad who they said was equally good. They were right! Chad came in and spoke with me beforehand to introduce himself and review my intake form. He got in there and worked out the knots, the tension, and the tightness and even asked me if the pressure was good. I like firm pressure and it was perfect. I left there feeling extremely relaxed. I will definitely be back to see Chad again!
