This is my second time coming and might be the last because of the uninviting nature of the employees. I was not welcomed when I came in, this is the least I expect when coming to get a service done from any business. I told one technician I wanted a specific design for my nails. It was all well and good, she started my pedicure and some other client came in and she left to work with that client. I got a different technician and I had to re-explain to her what I want. My pedicure finished and a different technician (completely new) worked on my manicure. I initially wanted the design on my index and middle finger, but seeing that the color wasn’t showing up as expected I asked her to just do it for the middle finger for both hands. I was charged $5 extra for the design.

Also, I tipped them via Venmo. An employees calls me at 7pm in the evening and says the Venmo didn’t go through can you check again if it was sent. So I checked my venmo and surely enough it did go through in the morning itself. I called them to confirm I sent it the right account. And the man was like “yeah looks she got it right now”, which is no way in possible because the status of the transaction was “complete” at the time I left the salon. The least I would expect is a thank you for calling back to check.

Pros: It’s a clean place, decent service, comfortable massage chairs. Easy to schedule and good color choices, but not much more than that. Pedicure was better the first time I got it.

Cons: uninviting and unpleasant experience. employees don’t know how to say welcome, please or thank you.

I go here every time and am always super happy. They don’t do any designs and their pure focus is getting the nail clean and polished.

Not all the workers are very polite they are more neutral but it’s okay.

Loved our pedicure appointment here! Jess and Bella did a wonderful job taking great attention to detail. One of the best pedicures I have had in the Naperville area. I will definitely be back for more pedicures. The place is very clean and new!

Love this place. Super clean and organized. The nail techs are super professional. Very accommodating. I had my daughter’s bday there and they were very kind to allow me to bring food and drinks for the girls while there.
