I recently visited Urban Nail Salon, and unfortunately, I had an incredibly disappointing experience. I went after work, hoping to get a specific nail design. The nail tech who became available attempted the design, but after two unsuccessful tries, we both realized it wasn’t feasible.
When I politely asked if another nail tech could give it a try, she insisted that no one else in the salon could do it. Despite having had positive experiences before, I asked again, pointing out someone I believed had done similar designs for me. Once more, I was told no.
The outcome of my nails speaks for itself – it’s the worst set I’ve ever gotten, and right before Christmas and New Year’s, it’s especially disheartening. I felt unheard and frustrated with the service. This experience has significantly impacted my opinion of Urban Nail Salon.
The 1st photo shows the design that i wanted, the other photos uploaded are what i received. I got Gel-X nail extensions & paid $84.00 plus tip.
Update: now I get powder manicures and I love them even more! These valentine nails are my favorite ❤️
