I made an appointment here for gel extensions. The greeting staff were very nice and got me a water. I asked for a very natural, pink white gradient, with an almond shape. I showed her this picture and told her I wanted exactly this. She began my nails but barely did any work on my cuticles despite me having an appointment for a full manicure. Once it got to doing the extensions and when she was trimming the length, I told her I wanted to change the shape because of the length I wanted. She completely ignored me and continued to do “almond”, not letting me get a word in. I know I should have been more consistent about the shape, but I feel like they could have been a bit more accommodating. After continuously being ignored by the nail tech, I walked out with something completely different than what I told her I wanted. Don’t get me wrong these are beautiful nails, but not at all what I asked for. I was also frustrated that she didn’t let me change my nail shape, but continued to do a shape I would not call almond (I ended up going home and filing them down myself because of how unfortunate the tips were). Anyways definitely go into this place with a very strong mindset.

P.S. My partner came with and got a manicure and pedicure, both were done beautifully so I know they can do great work! Maybe my nail tech was just having a hard day.

I’ve been to their Ballard location a couple times but recently went to their new Fremont location and wow! 🤩 Not only was it super cute in there but I remembered how nice everyone was. I met Evelyn who did my nails and she was amazing. Pricing is fair especially for the quality & experience you’re getting! Highly recommend to anyone!

I don’t always get my nails done but I went every two/three weeks for three appointments leading up to my wedding to grow them out and to get the shape I wanted. This was after the first appointment. Kaylee is a joy to chat to and had great suggestions and attention to detail!

They did a beautiful job with the nail painting and it’s a really cool space with upholstered corduroy chairs and basins they put in place at every seat. My partner and I are looking for pedicures that focus more on exfoliation, callous softening, and skin and nail health. It’s hard to find a place that takes good care of both parts of a pedicure. I would definitely come back for nail painting after some foot self-care at home. Everyone we encountered here was lovely.

I just got home from THE most relaxing and amazing pedicure. Today was their first day in the Fremont location and the space is BEAUTIFUL. The furniture, the layout, the vibes. Everything was *chefs kiss* and every single person I interacted with was so kind and attentive!

My pedicure was honestly the best I’ve ever had and I am just so excited to come back and make pedicures a regular thing for me this year!
