Two hour couples massage was heavenly. Karissa and Tiffany did amazing. They listened to our focus areas and really took their time with each area. Super professional. If you’re unsure where to book your massage, look no further!
They also gave us the CUTEST chocolate box and roses for Valentine’s day!!!

I received not only my first facial from Heather, but also my first massage from Tanna, along with 2 free therapy sessions with some absolutely amazing women. Not even to mention Kyla at the front desk. I will absolutely be returning and telling all my friends and family about my amazing well taken care of experiences here today. I love the women of this establishment and they have helped me so much today in my current state of mind. I absolutely felt heard, valued, and supported here. I hope the owner sees this and give these women and huge complement because they need to be absolutely recognized hard work they have put in. Thank you!!

First time massage for myself , Nadia was excellent . My GF and I went for a couples massage and Kari was great for my GF and Nadia was amazing for myself. 10/10 would recommended. Great staff and friendly calm environment

Melissa at Uplift is AMAZING. I have had a couple of prenatal massages with her and could not recommend her enough if you want to leave a massage feeling refreshed, at ease, and relaxed. She achieved the perfect level of communication before, during, and after the massage, and made me feel very welcomed and comfortable in a very uncomfortable time that is pregnancy. Highly highly recommend.
